Basai LTD is a fabrication and design studio in Kigali. We run CNC, laser and plasma machines under one roof — and design the spaces, signs and brand roll-outs they end up in.

CNC Routing
Precision cutting and carving in wood, MDF, acrylic and composite panels for signage, interiors and custom builds.
3D Signage
Illuminated and non-illuminated built-up letters, logos and facade signs — fabricated, finished and installed.
Laser Cutting
Fine-detail cutting and engraving on steel, wood and acrylic. Repeatable, clean edges, complex geometry.
Plasma Cutting
Heavy metal cutting for structural work, gates, screens and industrial parts up to production thickness.
Interior Design
Commercial and residential interiors — concept, drawings and in-house fabrication of custom joinery and features.
Exterior Design
Facades, cladding, entrances and signage integration for retail, hospitality and corporate buildings.
Branding
Storefront branding, window graphics, vehicle livery and full brand roll-outs across physical spaces.
Meru — a station, fully branded.
Full brand roll-out across multiple Meru fuel stations in Rwanda — canopy fascia, illuminated 3D letters, pricing pylons, pump branding and cladding. Designed, fabricated and installed by our in-house team.

Brief
We sit down with you — in person or on a call — to understand the space, the brand and the deadline.
Design
Concept sketches, 3D visuals and material samples. Nothing gets cut before you approve it.
Fabricate
Built in our Kigali workshop on CNC, laser and plasma. Every piece is checked before it leaves.
Install
Our own team installs on site, cleans up, and hands over a finished, working result.
